By purchasing Silk or any digital goods through our website, you agree to the following refund policy:

All transactions made on Arcanis are non-refundable, whether through direct payment or code redemption (such as e-PINs, gift cards, etc.).
This includes cases of:
Accidental purchases
Misuse or misunderstanding of in-game features
Change of mind

All items and services provided are classified as digital goods and are not eligible for return or refund under consumer law.
🔸 Unauthorized Payments
If a payment was made without your permission, please contact your payment provider.
Arcanis is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made through third-party access to your account.
🔸 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your game account(s).
This includes all accounts tied to the user who initiated the chargeback.
